At Regent Learning, we pride ourselves on using only the most highly qualified and experienced teaching staff.

All our staff are sourced from either other divisions within Regent Group, chiefly Regent College and Burlington College, or from local schools in the area.

They are selected for their subject knowledge, their motivation, their dedication, their ability to work with children and students of varying ages and abilities, their past success and most importantly, their ability to pass their knowledge of and passion for their subject onto others.

All staff who work at Regent Learning are CRB checked.

Director

Mr Selva Pankaj MBA, FCMA

Regent Group is led and managed by Mr Selva Pankaj who is an experienced investment and finance professional with an education, investment and property sector background. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and completed his MBA at the University of SDA Bocconi, Milan. Though Mr Pankaj has spent much of the last decade working in the financial, investment banking and property investment industries both in the UK and internationally, and managing multi-national enterprises, he has always ensured that he remained involved in the running of the various divisions within Regent and in 2009, decided to devote himself full-time to their success.

Mrs Tharshiny Pankaj BSc

Mrs Pankaj, who is a graduate of Brunel University, was instrumental in the foundation of Regent in 2000. In the early days of the organization, Mrs Pankaj was actually very involved in the teaching side. As the organization grew, Mrs Pankaj took a step back and now takes a greater role in the management of the various divisions within Regent Group, particularly concentrating on the organization and running of public examinations within the Group.

Ms Emmeline Gordon Reid Higher Dip F; PLA Dip PP; Dip C (Ins NH) Distinction

Ms Gordon Reid has substantial experience in education, teaching and providing private tuition to children for many years, including entrance exam preparation at all levels. As Head of Regent Learning, Ms Gordon Reid is responsible for leading and managing the academic team of Regent Learning, in addition to developing and teaching academic programmes. Ms Gordon Reid oversees the development of Regent Learning at both the Harrow and Edgware branches as well as Regent Nursery. She is mainly based at the Harrow branch of Regent Learning.
